This policy outlines the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds. By placing an order with Shensis, you agree to the terms below.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:
Unused and in original condition
In the original packaging with all tags attached
Not customized, personalized, or marked “Final Sale”
Items that are worn, altered, damaged, or returned without tags may be rejected.
Non-returnable items include:
Custom or personalized handbags (unless defective)
Gift cards or store credit vouchers
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Products showing signs of misuse or improper handling
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@shensis.com with:
Your order number
Reason for the return
Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with shipping instructions. All return packages must include the RAN to be processed.
Important: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned at the customer’s expense.
Return Label Options
For approved returns, we offer:
PDF Return Label: Sent to your email for easy printing
Physical Return Label: Included in your order upon request
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Item must be unused and in original packaging
Exchange must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Exchanges are subject to stock availability
If your preferred item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead. Sale and personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival:
Notify us within 48 hours at support@shensis.com
Include a description and clear photos of the issue
We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
Please do not attempt to fix or alter the item, as this will void return eligibility.
Refund Policy
Approved returns are inspected within 3–5 business days of arrival. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection
Additional Bank Time: It may take another 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank
Confirmation: You’ll receive an email once the refund is processed
Refunds will not be issued for:
Non-compliant returns (worn, altered, or returned without authorization)
Custom or final sale items
Shipping charges (unless due to our error)
