Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders within the United States only. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S.-based facilities.

Transit Time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday)

Cut-Off Time for Same-Day Processing: 5:00 PM EST (GMT-5)

Estimated Delivery Time: 6–10 business days from the date of order

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as holidays, weather delays, or carrier disruptions.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted shipping carriers such as FedEx to ensure timely delivery. However, the chosen delivery service may vary depending on destination, order volume, and shipping cost efficiency.

Shipping Fee

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD on all orders within the USA.

Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. If incorrect details are submitted, Shensis is not responsible for delivery failures or delays. Additional shipping charges may apply in the following cases:

Wrong Item Ordered / Wrong Info Provided:

Customer pays return shipping for the incorrect item.

Customer also covers shipping for the corrected replacement (if applicable).

Failed Delivery Due to Incorrect Address:

Package will be returned to our warehouse.

Customer is responsible for re-shipping costs to the correct address.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Change of Shipping Address

To request an address change, contact us at support@shensis.com before your order ships.
Once an order is dispatched, changes are no longer possible. If the shipment is returned due to an incorrect or outdated address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also track your order anytime through the “Track Your Order” page in our website footer.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at support@shensis.com.
Once the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible. If you wish to return the item, refer to our Refund Policy.

Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take the following actions:

If visibly damaged upon delivery:

Refuse the package and notify the delivery courier immediately.

If damaged after delivery in your absence:

Contact us within 48 hours at support@shensis.com with clear photos of the damage.

We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Taxes

All applicable sales taxes are included in the product price or calculated at checkout, as required by law.
